'ALCLAD' is our trade name for the many kinds of finished aluminum and steel panels that we fabricate.

Available in both insulated and veneer and laminated to what ever substrate insulation or back as specified. The various types of material available can be assembled in virtually any combination and thickness desired.

'ALCLAD' is produced in our factory with state of the art automated laminating equipment. Each surface is uniformly coated with a four gun reciprocating spray system and bonded using heat and pressure by a high psi pinch roller creating a high performance laminated assembly.

FINISHES We offer the following types of finishes on both single face and double face panels:
Acrylic on .022 aluminum (bronze or white only)
Fluropon (70% Kynar 500) on 24ga Steel
Fluropon (70% Kynar 500) on .032 aluminum or .040 aluminum
Clear Anodized on .032 aluminum or .040 aluminum
Bronze Anodized on .032 aluminum or .040 aluminum
Other finishes, such as special Kynar 500 spray coats, and other metal thicknesses are also available. Call us for a quote.

SUBSTRATES (Insulated Only) Substrates available include: 1/8" oil tempered hardboard and 1/2" fire-rated gypsum board.

INSULATION (Insulated Only) The various types of rigid insulation available include: polyiscyanurate (R=7/inch), extruded polystyrene (R=5/inch), expanded polystyrene (R=4.16/inch), and perlite (R=2.78/inch).

THICKNESS (Insulated Only) We will make panels to any thickness over 5/8". (Maximum thickness for expanded polystyrene is 4 inches).

CORES AND BACKS Our standard panel contains 3/16" tempered hardboard core, and if single face, .032 aluminum back. Other cores available are 1/8" or 1/4" tempered hardboard. Galvanealed (suitable for painting) or galvanized steel may be used as backs in lieu of .032 aluminum. The overall thickness of a panel with 1/4' , hardboard is 9/32", with 3/16", 1/4" and with 1/8" hardboard, 3/16".

STANDARD LENGTHS 6', 8', 10', and 12'. Large quantities of non-standard length will be specially priced .

STANDARD WIDTHS Acrylic and Fluropon -4' only. Clear and Bronze Anodized -4' and 5' are available.

CUT TO SIZE For nominal additional charges we will make the panels to your exact dimensions.

FACE PROTECTION All of our 'ALCLAD' panels have vinyl masking to protect the face.

FORMED PANELS We also fabricate our Tecpan™ formed panel with closed edges. Generally, these panels are made with the heavier gauge metal in the same finishes. Call us for more information.
